15th May 2007 - eMail from Canine Partners... Hi Katie Dakota is doing very well in his puppy training. In fact last week
I sat in on class to watch him as we have allocated a Corporate Sponsor
who is paying for his entire training costs with us. Bearing in mind
he was one of the youngest in the class – he was by far the calmest
and brightest in the room! One particular task they worked on was for
the KC Good Citizen – bronze medal which involves waiting for
a door to be opened and after the handler goes through door only coming
when called being in the right position and sitting nicely and doing
the same in reverse. Dakota was the only one who managed it without
any training or assistance and managed it off-lead – the only
one off lead! He is a star! |
