How do you get onto Flossy's Waiting List?

I MUST REITERATE: Homes are chosen in order of those offering the best opportunity for the puppy to develop into a balanced, healthy and educated adult dog.

This is NOT a "First Come, First Served" list.

Everyone in the family must be in complete agreement with (and understand the responsibilities of) owning a new puppy, so please don't contact me if you're planning a surprise for someone.

I will always stand by my puppies and would never hesitate to take one back should the necessity arise, but I hope that by seriously investigating the potential owners beforehand that this will never have to become a reality. I only want to be sure that my babies are going to go to a good home FOR LIFE.

If all this seems a bit of a chore, (and who really has the time to do research or homework or fill in forms anyway?) you can still try these guys who will, unlike me, be able to supply you with exactly what you really need.

To get onto our waiting list please download a copy of this questionnaire in PDF format or this Microsoft Word format (they both have exactly the same content).

You'll need to fill it in and get it back to me, Katie Rourke, at the Canine Film Academy via e-mail or you can send it back via Royal Snail Mail.

Being a dyslexic myself, I'm hugely aware of how terrifying forms can be. I'm therefore very happy to run through it with you on the phone if this is your preference, my number is 01344 291465. Daytime calls are always preferred to evenings and don't worry, I don't bite!
